Walmart found 11 high-risk violations during factory inspection

1. There are no personnel records or other recruitment records. There is no employee ID card record in the personnel file;
2. Employees borrow other people’s ID cards or falsify age records to enter the factory;
3. There is a forged ID card in the personnel file;
4. The working hours recorded in the working time records are inconsistent with the working hours obtained through other means;
5. The working hours in a single day exceed 14 hours;
6. Working hours exceed 72 hours per week;
7. The factory has no wage records;
8. The hourly wage and monthly salary are lower than the local minimum wage standard;
9. The factory uses two inconsistent sets of wage records;
10. The factory did not pay any overtime wages;
11. Workers in the training and internship period will not receive any salary;
