What is RoHS certification?

RoHS certification is a mandatory standard established by EU legislation. Its full name is Restriction of Hazardous Substances.

The RoHS certification standard was officially implemented on July 1, 2006. What scope does RoHS certification apply to?

The 27 EU member states are: France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Ireland, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Cyprus, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, and Romania.
