Procedure Content The General Affairs Department determines the audit team members (composed of personnel from the Quality Department, Production Department, Sales Department and General Affairs Department, and if necessary, several inspectors with certain practical experience can be hired to participate) and the audit team leader. The audit team members should have certain technical management experience.

The content of product quality audit shall be based on the content specified in the "Quality Confirmation Form". Other corresponding items may be added when necessary. The content of performance test items can be used as a reference based on the data in the parent material test results table.

The product quality audit cycle is once a quarter. For products whose quality has been stable for a long time, the audit cycle can be appropriately extended. For products that have received a large number of user quality complaints over a period of time or have been found to be unqualified during routine product inspections, the audit frequency can be increased.

When implementing a product audit, the audit team leader should prepare an audit plan.

According to the plan, the audit team members randomly select 5 trays of each product variety from the finished product warehouse for audit.

Product defect severity rating:

Fill out the "Product Quality Audit Report" based on the audit results and send it together with the product quality audit record to the audited party and relevant departments. Unqualified products found during the audit process should be detained in a timely manner.

In principle, A-level defects are not allowed. Once they occur, the same batch of products in stock should be seized immediately and handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Non-conforming Product Control Procedure". The same batch of products that have entered the market should be recovered as much as possible by the business department based on sales and delivery records to minimize the impact on users. If B-level defects are found during the audit of grade-A quality defects, the defect content should be recorded and the "Product Quality Audit Correction Notice" should be filled out, and the relevant departments should be promptly fed back. Depending on the number of defects, the responsible departments should be instructed to conduct a comprehensive re-inspection of the products. If C and D-level quality defects are found during the audit of grade-D quality defects, the relevant information should be fed back to the production department in a timely manner. If A and B-level quality defects appear during the audit, the audited party shall prepare a corrective action implementation plan based on the audit report, product quality audit record sheet and product audit correction notice sheet, and after confirmation by the audit team, the rectification shall be completed within a time limit.

The audit team organizes inspections according to the rectification deadline to verify the effectiveness of the corrective measures. The product quality audit results and the implementation of corrective measures should be submitted to management for review.
