| Disney factory audit follow-up audit requirements: The follow-up audit document archiving must be completed after the audit, and the document report should be at least as follows: Previous Disney factory audit report Documentation to support previous violations CAPAR (Improvement Report) Worker interview records (if necessary): Verify whether the workers who participated in the last interview are still in the factory Supporting documents include: Evidence of violations Procedures to determine whether the previous violation has been improved Conclusion of improvement or no improvement New violation findings - explanation of why they were not discovered in the previous audit In order to ensure consistency of the audit, it is recommended that the auditor who participated in the first audit conduct the follow-up audit |
