ADIDAS factory inspection FAQ: working hours and insurance
Working hours requirements: Adidas factory inspection normally requires that the maximum weekly overtime hours be controlled within 60 hours. If it is peak season, it can be controlled at most to 66 hours. Insurance requirements: 1. All insurances shall be provided in accordance with national regulations; 2. If all insurances cannot be provided, at least all employees shall provide industrial and commercial insurance and obtain insurance compliance approval documents; 3. Maternity insurance must be provided, otherwise paid maternity leave must be provided.
