Factory inspection, workshop preparation

1. Record requirements
1. All workshop document notifications, bulletin boards, receiving and sending records, process data, loom contracts, and various lists, forms, and documents must not be recorded on Sundays, and the materials must not be placed on the workbench. The workshop attendance sheet and sign-in sheet must be kept well.
2. During the audit, words such as overtime and corporal punishment must not appear on the workshop signs.
2. Safety management requirements
1. Keep emergency exits and fire escape passages unobstructed: There are at least two emergency exits in front and behind each production area. The emergency exit doors are kept unlocked during working hours and are kept unobstructed at all times.
2. The first aid kit in the workshop is checked every week, the list of items is consistent with the items, and routine medicines are replaced in time; the records of work-related injury treatment are kept in the medicine box
3. There are yellow grids under the electric switch, electric control box, fire alarm, first aid kit, fire hydrant, and fire extinguisher. Objects cannot be placed in the yellow grids; objects cannot be blocked in front of them.
4. The workshop is not allowed to pull wires and sockets by yourself. Electric fans and chargers are not allowed to be brought into the workshop or used.
5. There must be an evacuation plan, emergency lights and safety signs at the exit door. III. 6S management requirements
1. Materials in each workshop must be neatly placed in the designated area and marked;
2. Material status labels should be clearly marked, and materials should not be placed randomly on the floor;
3. Personal machines, personal positions, public environments, and public passages must be clean, with no dead corners.
4. The workshop should be cleaned every day. There should be no dead corners. Brooms and mops should be placed in designated places, and spider webs should be cleaned regularly.
5. Smokers are not allowed to litter cigarette butts in the lounge, and smoking is prohibited in non-designated smoking areas;
6. Umbrellas should be placed on umbrella racks and should not be placed at individual positions or mixed with semi-finished products;
7. Place the slippers neatly on the slipper rack. Do not place other items on the slipper rack, especially food items;
8. Tea cups cannot be brought to work. They must be marked with the workshop work number and can be placed in the lounge or designated counter in the workshop. Tea cups cannot be placed together with wool yarn.
