Training and employee awareness
1. Joint fire fighting and evacuation drills for all shifts in the building are not conducted on a quarterly basis (factories in the same building or factory area must participate);
2. The joint fire fighting and evacuation drills of all shifts in the building were not supervised by qualified third-party personnel and fire departments (staff of government fire departments, fire officials at all levels of government, units or individuals authorized by the fire department or local government, and relevant personnel trained by suppliers);
3. Failure to provide fire safety training to all staff every six months;
4. Failure to establish a mechanism for timely fire safety training for new employees;
5. There are no qualified fire managers trained on each floor of the building.

Fire extinguishing system
1. Firefighting equipment and facilities are improperly maintained or blocked or insufficient in number;
2. The workshop is not equipped with emergency lights or the number of emergency lights is insufficient;
3. Install at least one of the sprinkler system and fire hydrant;
4. Insufficient water supply for fire fighting;
5. The distance from any location on each floor to the emergency exit exceeds 61 meters.
