Characteristics of implementing ISO9000 quality assurance system

The main features of the implementation of ISO9000 quality assurance system in small and medium-sized enterprises:
1. The production process is simple, with few production processes, and the process equipment, inspection equipment, instruments, and measuring tools are relatively crude and imperfect.
2. The organizational structure is simple, the technical content of the products is low, the production scale is relatively small, and most of them are labor-intensive.
3. The employee turnover rate is high and the employee quality is generally low. Except for a few experienced technical personnel, most employees have low academic qualifications, have not received professional training, and the on-the-job training is too simple.

Based on the above situation, small and medium-sized enterprises should not blindly establish a quality management system in accordance with the ISO9001:2008 standard. Instead, they should establish a "slim" quality assurance system to control key processes from the perspective of ensuring product safety and in accordance with the ten requirements for compulsory certification product quality assurance.
