Application of HACCP Certification in Pure Water Production

To produce qualified drinking water, a series of practical systems must be established to find out the key control points and conduct key monitoring. First, the CCP ( critical control point ) of raw water pretreatment is analyzed and controlled. The goal of raw water pretreatment is to remove organic sediments, large particle impurities, some microorganisms and toxic and harmful gases in raw water; unstable raw water bacteria and excessive pressure drop of sand filter can lead to unqualified product hygiene indicators. For example, when the colony count of raw water is too high, the raw water should be sterilized and the reservoir should be cleaned and disinfected. Practitioners should strictly follow the operating procedures, clean the equipment regularly, and monitor and record well. The second is the CCP analysis and control of ultrafiltration. Ultrafiltration can remove most of the microorganisms in the water. When the ultrafiltration membrane is used for a period of time, the microbial density will increase. If the ultrafiltration membrane leaks, it will cause pollution to the product. Pay attention to regular replacement and regular cleaning, and set up reasonable membrane backwashing and disinfection processes. The third is the CCP analysis and control of ozone sterilization. Under normal conditions, the purpose of sterilization can be achieved by properly controlling the four factors of ozone operation (flow rate, contact area, flow rate, and time). The amount of ozone added should be adjusted at any time according to the flow rate and flow rate. The fourth is the disinfection of containers and barrel covers. Disinfectants should be used scientifically and reasonably, and the disinfection time should be strictly observed.
