How to set up a return policy?

1. On the product listing interface, select the return and exchange settings and click "Rücknahmebedingungen-Erstellen"

2. In the "Rücknahmebedingungen" drop-down box, select the second option

3. Select the return period from the drop-down box: "14 Tage" (14 days) or "1 Monat" (1 month) or "sechzig Tage" (60 days). Please note that the time selected here must be consistent with the text description in the return policy.

4. Select who will bear the return shipping costs in the drop-down box and save the settings. The options in the drop-down box are: Buyer Bears Shipping Costs; Seller Bears Shipping Costs. Please note that the selection of who bears the shipping costs here must be consistent with the text description in the return policy.

5. Use the saved settings on the corresponding listing, and the set return policy information will be displayed in "Rücknahmebedingungen: Weitere Angaben (Return Policy)" on the item listing page.
