Are fire extinguishers sufficient and easily accessible?

Sufficient fire extinguishing equipment Fire extinguishers should be installed no lower than 1 meter from the working ground, but no higher than 1.4 meters. Fire extinguishers should not weigh more than 11.3 kg. In areas with flammable liquids, the distance between fire extinguishers should not exceed 15 meters. In areas without flammable liquids, such as offices, the distance between fire extinguishers should not exceed 23 meters. Fire extinguishers are suitable for specific materials. Dry powder fire extinguishers - for most occasions. Halon fire extinguishers - for expensive electrical equipment. Water-type fire extinguishers - Class A fire (ordinary burning materials).
Carbon dioxide type fire extinguishers - Class B and C fires (fires caused by flammable liquids and electrical appliances)

Inspection of fire-fighting equipment. Check and estimate weight. Check latches and seals. Weigh carbon dioxide fire extinguishers every 6 months. Have portable fire extinguishers been refilled within a year?
Are any portable fire extinguishers damaged, unusable or lost?
Are emergency evacuation drills conducted and recorded for each shift each year (including dormitories)?
In places where the staff turnover is greater than 30%, emergency evacuation drills should be conducted twice a year. In places without fire sprinkler systems, all employees should be evacuated within 5 minutes, while in places with fire sprinkler systems, the time can be extended to 10 minutes. Does the factory have a fire alarm system installed?
Fire alarms can be heard throughout the plant. Fire alarms must be installed in plant buildings and dormitories. The system can be manually operated. Are emergency exits evenly distributed and readily accessible? Are they unobstructed and at least 91 cm (36 in) wide?
Emergency exits are unobstructed. No objects should be stored against or under the fire door at any time. Are the labels on the emergency exit doors visible from 31 meters (100 feet)?
Are the emergency exits of the factory and dormitories locked?
Emergency exit doors cannot be locked with locks, clasps, chains, bolts or other locking devices. Emergency exit doors can be easily opened from the direction of escape, and no special knowledge or skills are required.
