If the ultrafiltration membrane leaks, it will cause pollution to the product. Pay attention to regular replacement and regular cleaning, and set up reasonable membrane backwashing and disinfection processes. The third is the CCP analysis and control of ozone sterilization. Under normal conditions, the purpose of sterilization can be achieved by properly controlling the four factors of ozone operation (flow rate, contact area, flow rate, and time). The amount of ozone added should be adjusted at any time according to the flow rate and flow rate. The fourth is the disinfection of containers and barrel covers. Disinfectants should be used scientifically and reasonably, and the disinfection time should be strictly observed.
