Auditor's responsibilities

Responsibilities of the audit team leader:

Represent the audit team in liaison with management;

Represent the audit team to control the work at each stage of the audit and be responsible for the entire audit process;

Have the right to make the final decision on the conduct of the audit work and the audit observation results;

Responsible for assisting in the selection of audit team members;

Develop audit plans, prepare work documents, review audit checklists, and explain work requirements to audit team members;
Review system coverage, compliance, and operational effectiveness;

Immediately notify management when encountering major obstacles or discovering major non-conformities;

Submit clear and accurate audit reports on time.

Auditor's responsibilities:

Within the scope of the audit, comply with audit regulations and work as required;

Maintain objectivity and analyze the effectiveness of the system based on the information obtained during the audit;

Plan and execute assigned work promptly and effectively;

Remain alert to issues that could affect the audit outcome or may require further investigation;

Document observations and report audit findings;

Confirm the effectiveness and compliance of the system and whether the requirements of the system are implemented;
Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions required by audit findings, when necessary;

Preserve relevant audit documents and records;

Maintain the confidentiality of audit documents;

Cooperate with and support the work of the audit team leader.
