Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, and in light of the actual situation of this province, in order to strengthen the supervision and administration of enterprises' wage payment behavior and protect workers' rights to obtain labor remuneration. Article 2 Wages as mentioned in these Measures refer to the labor remuneration paid to employees in the form of money by enterprises in accordance with national regulations and the terms of the labor contract, including time-based wages, piece-rate wages, bonuses, allowances, overtime wages and wages paid under special circumstances. Article 3 These Measures shall apply to the wage payment and supervision and management of enterprises within the administrative area of this province. The wage payment and supervision and management of individual industrial and commercial households and other economic organizations shall be carried out in accordance with these Measures. Article 4 People's governments at all levels shall strengthen leadership over the supervision and management of enterprise wage payment, take effective measures to resolve outstanding issues in enterprise wage payment management, and maintain normal labor order and social stability. Article 5 The provincial people's government shall formulate the minimum wage standard for enterprises based on the actual situation of the province and announce it once a year. |
