Problem phenomenon: The fire extinguisher is placed directly on the ground.
Solution: Adjust the hanging height of the fire extinguisher to make it within the normal range.

      installation in reachable height), visible and marked?

Note: "Code for Design of Fire Extinguisher Configuration in Buildings" GB 50140-2005 5.1.3 Fire extinguishers should be placed firmly with their nameplates facing outwards.
      Portable fire extinguishers should be placed in fire extinguisher boxes or on hooks or brackets. The top should be no higher than 1.50m from the ground; the bottom should be no higher than 1.50m from the ground.
      The height should not be less than 0.08m. The fire extinguisher box shall not be locked.
