1. What are eBay’s free relisting rules? Generally, eBay listing fees are non-refundable. If an item ends with no winning bids or an abandoned bid the first time, you will qualify for a refund if you relist the item. If the item sells the second time, eBay will refund the relisting fee. Note: You must use the official relisting feature to receive a refund for your item listing fee. For example, if you copy and paste the original item information into a new listing, we will not be able to tell if you are relisting the item and you will not receive a refund. 2. How to relist an item on eBay? 1. Log in to eBay. 2. Click "My eBay" on the top of any eBay page. 3. Under the "All Sales Records" column, click the "Unsold Items" link. 4. Click the "Relist" link. You can also click the "Relist" link from the listing page of an ended listing. III. General conditions for refund ● This must be the first time the item is relisted. Any relisting of the same item after the second time is not eligible for a refund. ● You must re-list your item within 90 days of the end date of your original listing. ● Whether it is the original listing or the re-listed item, it must be listed in the form of "General Auction" or "Fixed Price" and cannot be a "Store Stock" item. ● Whether it is the original listing or the re-listing, the item quantity must be one piece, and it cannot be a "multiple item" or "Dutch" auction. ● The starting price of a relisted item cannot be higher than the starting price of the originally listed item. ● If the original item has no reserve price, the re-listed item cannot have a reserve price either; if the original item has a reserve price, the reserve price of the re-listed item cannot be higher than the reserve price of the original item. ● The relisted item must have a winning bid when it closes. If the item does not sell on the second listing, we will not refund the "item listing fee". ● Eligible abandoned bid items that are relisted and sold will automatically receive a refund of the standard relisting fee. For more information, please refer to the abandoned bid process. If the original item is abandoned: Please be sure to complete the abandoned bid process on the original item in order to receive a refund of the eBay item listing fee. This rule only applies to the publication fee and does not apply to the fees for special features such as bold, borders, etc. |
