d. The distribution box is in a dangerous state or improperly maintained (the cover of the distribution box is not properly protected)

a. There is no second emergency exit on any floor of the building
b. Evacuation assembly point is not designated or marked/Evacuation assembly point is blocked
c. The fire escape route does not lead to the evacuation assembly point
d. Improper setting of emergency evacuation map
e. Escape routes, passages or stairways are blocked
f. Barred windows are not equipped with devices that can be opened from the inside to facilitate escape
g. The emergency door is not equipped with a push rod lock and cannot be opened outwards or in the direction of escape.
h. Fire alarms are not installed/fire alarms installed on all floors or areas of the building cannot be linked uniformly
i. Evacuation routes within the building (including stairs, floors and emergency exits in all areas or floors) are not marked or properly illuminated (emergency lighting)
j. No access is provided for fire trucks or fire-fighting equipment to approach the factory building or the access is blocked.
k. The primary and secondary exits are not located at opposite ends of the building and cannot be reached via independent passages.
