Orange Light: Partial compliance for issues with severe risk, or no compliance for high risk issues. A completed Corrective Action Plan must be submitted within 15 days. A follow-up audit is usually required within 60 to 90 days to evaluate the correction status of the issue. Red: Indicates serious risk issues that do not meet requirements. CAP submission must be completed within 15 days. Red results require follow-up audits within 30-60 days to evaluate the correction of the problem. Depending on the severity of the problems found, factories that receive a red rating may be terminated immediately. |
