Must be implemented. 5.03 Are procedures in place to ensure that documentation received from goods trading parties is accurate and timely? Must be implemented. 5.04 Is there a dedicated person in charge of the automatic customs declaration program or the dedicated computer used to perform all shipping document operations and is the password changed regularly? Must be implemented. 5.05 Are there any written regulations that set standards for computer system security? Must be followed. 5.06 Have employees received training on IT security implementation? Mandatory. 5.07 Are there procedures in place to identify unauthorized access to the company's IT network and attempts to tamper with or change the company's business information? 5.08 Have appropriate penalties been imposed on such offenders? Must be implemented. 6.0 Shipping and Receiving 6.01 Have written security procedures been established, including measures for handling incoming and outgoing cargo to prevent the mixing of illegal items, substitution of packages, or other losses? Must be implemented. 6.02 Are procedures in place to ensure that unauthorized or unidentified persons are questioned and prevented from entering the factory, loading and unloading areas and container storage areas? Must be implemented. 6.03 Do you check the shipping and packing lists and report any excess, shortage, damage or anomalies to management in a timely manner? Must be done. 6.04 Are there procedures in place to detect and report incorrect or missing seals, excess, shortage, unknown cargo, damage or anomalies? Are there any emergency contact numbers for reporting these issues? Mandatory. 6.05 Are there procedures in place for reporting unauthorized persons, unknown materials, or illegal activities? Must be followed. 6.06 Are empty or loaded containers stored securely to prevent unknown items or contraband from being placed in them, or the goods in the containers from being stolen? Must be performed. |
