WCA factory inspection introduction: WCA, full name: Workptaon Conditions Assossment, is a social responsibility audit standard launched by ITS. It adjusts the GSCP standard adopted by large retail organizations to help companies implement supplier factory assessments, benchmark assessments, and achieve continuous improvement, helping factories meet widely recognized industry standards. WCA factory inspection standards: Labor: Child labor. Forced labor. Discrimination, harassment and abuse of workers are prohibited. Workers have the right to freedom of association and labor contracts. Health and safety: overall working environment, accommodation environment and canteen facilities; mechanical operation safety, potential workplace hazards, hazardous chemicals, emergency response capabilities, work-related injuries, etc. Environment: Compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental management system, waste emissions.
