Sears factory audit results classification
| Sears factory audit results are generally divided into four categories: acceptable, continuous improvement, unacceptable or termination of cooperation. Suppliers must review the audit report as required and require the factory to develop a detailed improvement plan and timetable on the audit report. After each audit, SHC will issue a formal audit rating with the audit conclusion to the supplier/factory. Audit rating Description of non-conformities Follow-up audit schedule Impact on business 1. Acceptable Minor non-conformities, no impact on business in the year, such as minor shortcomings in health and safety and documents 2. Continuous improvement More minor There is a major non-conformity, no impact on business for about 90 days, such as insufficient overtime pay 3. Unacceptable More serious non-conformities, such as forged documents, about 60 days may affect future business Insufficient minimum wage payment 4. Termination of cooperation Serious non-conformities, such as child labor, - --- Terminate all business Forced labor, bribery or three failures |
