Walmart adds new environmental orange light points and environmental protection factory inspection document list

1. Walmart’s newly added orange light points focus on more important environmental control factors, which are listed below:
1. Failure to obtain a water use/water abstraction permit as required by law;
2. Use or store prohibited chemicals within the factory area;
3. Failure to obtain a hazardous materials handling/storage license as required by law and failure to apply for one;
4. Wastewater/effluent discharge exceeds the standard or discharges harmful substances, and there is no rectification;
5. Excessive exhaust emissions or emission of hazardous substances, and no rectification plan;
6. Failure to obtain and apply for an on-site waste disposal permit as required by law;
7. Improper handling of hazardous waste or failure to entrust qualified subcontractors to collect and dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with legal requirements;
8. Failure to obtain a wastewater/effluent treatment/discharge permit in accordance with legal requirements and failure to apply for one;
9. Failure to obtain an exhaust gas treatment/emission permit in accordance with legal requirements and failure to apply for one;
Note: The first one refers to the factory's use of groundwater. The others are relatively significant environmental impact factors.
