At present, whether China's processed agricultural products are produced under its own brand or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture), the bases and factories producing these products generally actively introduce food safety control and quality management systems such as GAP, HACCP, GMP, QS, ISO22000, ISO9000, etc., so food safety is guaranteed, and product quality has won the favor of customers and the market, becoming the mainstream of the supply of high-quality food in society. Despite this, some buyers (mainly European and American customers, large domestic supermarkets, fast food industry giants, etc.) will still audit suppliers and factories according to their own factory inspection standards. This audit is sometimes completed by the buyer's own QA department, and more often it is completed by the buyer entrusting a third-party independent notary firm.
