Everyone went straight to the point, and every question raised pointed directly to the "core" of the company's survival and development.

The "Quality Improvement Comparison" activity is an important part of the "Service to Ten Thousand Enterprises" activity of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. Based on the characteristics of the industry, the Yiwu Inspection and Quarantine Bureau held three similar activities to make the effects visible and tangible.

From July to December 2010, Yiwu Ririgao Plastic Toys Co., Ltd.'s exports showed a good momentum of development, with the number of batches and the amount increasing by 31.58% and 12.76% respectively compared with the same period of the previous year. However, before July, Ririgao toys were not as popular as they are now, as many batches of goods failed the flame retardant test and could not be shipped as scheduled.

On June 20, 2010, technical experts from Yiwu Inspection and Quarantine Bureau promptly visited Yiwu Ri Ri Gao Plastic Products Co., Ltd., went deep into the workshop, held discussions with the company's leaders and technical backbones, and conducted a comprehensive "consultation" on the company's product quality and safety control. In response to the problem of unqualified flame retardant items, technical experts from Yiwu Inspection and Quarantine Bureau prescribed a "good prescription" for rectification. The larger the surface contact area of ​​the toy, the better the flame retardant effect; for products with smaller size and volume, start with adjusting the shape and structure, and improving the mold to increase the surface contact area of ​​the toy, thereby effectively improving the compliance rate of the flame retardant items; the raw materials of high-standard oil have great viscosity, and the flame retardant performance will be greatly improved.

A small reform at the technical level has achieved a qualitative leap in the company's products. Through the improvement, the passing rate of the flame retardant project of "RiRiGao" toys has been significantly improved since July, and the passing rate is above 98%.

In order to help more companies solve similar problems, Yiwu Inspection and Quarantine Bureau convened 7 companies in its jurisdiction that produced similar products as "Ririgao" for centralized guidance and training.
