Shenzhen Cross-Border E-Commerce Association was established on May 20, 2014. It is a local social organization established by 52 enterprises engaged in cross-border e-commerce business voluntarily applying for it and approved by the Administration of Civil Society Organizations. Its business activities are supervised and managed by the Administration of Civil Society Organizations. The Association is committed to creating an atmosphere of fair competition, strengthening mutual cooperation among enterprises, and achieving rapid and sustainable development of cross-border e-commerce through the joint efforts of the government and enterprises, guiding enterprises to establish a sunny and convenient trading channel for import and export business under the B2C transaction model to drive imports, encourage exports, promote the pace of economic transformation and upgrading, and create a unified, open, competitive and orderly cross-border e-commerce market environment. This association is a local, industry-based, non-profit social organization formed by a voluntary union of legally registered cross-border e-commerce enterprises and related service companies in Shenzhen. Business scope of Shenzhen Cross-border E-commerce Association Publicize and implement national laws and policies related to cross-border e-commerce; Protect the legitimate rights and interests of members, reflect reasonable opinions and demands, report relevant situations to the government and put forward policy and legislative suggestions; Conduct theoretical research and organize academic discussions on cross-border e-commerce commodity transactions and services; Organize experience exchanges and strengthen cooperation and exchanges with relevant domestic and foreign organizations; Carry out member training and member consulting services to enhance members' business capabilities and professional level; Establish an industry information platform and organize the compilation and printing of internal communication publications such as conference journals; Organize members to actively participate in social welfare undertakings; To undertake other matters entrusted by relevant government departments that are in line with the purpose of the Association.
