AVE Factory Audit Environmental Guidelines

1.0 Purpose: To beautify the factory environment, protect and improve the living environment and ecological environment, prevent and control pollution and other public hazards, and ensure the physical and mental health of all employees.

2.0 Scope of application/position Applicable to all employees of the company.

3.0 Responsibilities and Authorities
3.1 Administration Manager:
Responsible for the supervision of the environmental protection work of the entire factory and various guiding work.
3.2 Human Resources and General Affairs Department:
Responsible for the overall planning of the environmental protection work of the entire plant, including planning, review, meetings, summarization and execution of various tasks, and employee training, reporting directly to the Administration Manager.
3.3 Heads of departments:
Provide feasible suggestions for strengthening environmental protection, take appropriate measures to improve environmental quality, and educate subordinates to strengthen their awareness of environmental protection.
4.0 The definition of environment refers to the overall natural and artificially modified natural factors that affect human survival and development, including the atmosphere, water, oceans, land, minerals, forests, grasslands, wild animals, natural relics, cultural relics, nature reserves, scenic spots, cities and villages, etc.
The factory specifically refers to land, buildings, flowers, trees, vegetation, water, air, etc.
5.0 Environmental protection management, publicity and education and training
5.1 Protection of water sources: It is prohibited to dump waste into water sources, such as garbage, oil, water, contaminated liquids, metals, etc. The water tanks of our factory are all built on the roof of the building for protection.
5.2 Train employees to develop a good thrifty style: save water, cherish limited water resources, turn off the taps, use water in moderation, take corresponding supervision measures against wasteful people, and improve the overall quality of employees.
5.3 Basic measures to improve air quality: planting trees, greening the area with flowers and plants, and setting up no-smoking areas, etc.
5.4 The Human Resources and General Affairs Department conducts environmental protection publicity, such as posting environmental protection data in the cultural column, posting environmental protection slogans in conspicuous places in the factory, displaying environmental protection pictures, playing environmental protection videos, etc.
5.5 Provide environmental protection knowledge training to employees upon their joining the company.
5.6 Monitor employees to prevent bad behaviors such as littering, spitting, trampling on the grass, damaging plants, etc., and educate and deal with violators accordingly.
5.7 The Human Resources and General Affairs Department shall regularly inspect environmental protection conditions and report to the Administration Department.
