WCA factory inspection focuses on the following:

Management system - filing of documents and records, worker feedback and participation, review and improvement measures.

Labor - child labor, forced labor, discrimination, discipline, harassment and abuse, workers' freedom of association and labor contracts, wages and hours - compensation and benefits, working hours.
