(2) Environmental aspects include: environmental permits and reporting, pollution prevention and resource conservation, hazardous substances, wastewater and solid waste, air emissions, product content restrictions, etc.; (3) Health and safety, including occupational safety, emergency preparedness, occupational injuries and diseases, industrial hygiene, physically demanding jobs, machine guarding, dormitories and cafeterias (4) Ethical standards include: clean management, no improper gains, information disclosure, intellectual property rights, fair trade advertising and competition, identity confidentiality, and community participation (5) Management system includes: company commitment, management duties and responsibilities, legal and customer requirements, risk assessment and risk management, performance objectives with implementation plans and measures, training, communication, employee feedback and participation, audit and evaluation, corrective measures, documentation and records |
