The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) has built its reputation on the trust and recognition of consumers. Our partners around the world know that we are committed to growing while upholding and adhering to the highest standards of values, which are reflected in a series of aspects such as quality, integrity, excellence, compliance with laws, and respect for local culture and unique customs. We seek to develop business relationships with direct suppliers/franchisees and their product manufacturers who believe in similar values and conduct business in a civilized manner, including manufacturers of any products and auxiliary products that bear the TCCC trademark (collectively, "Product Manufacturers"). As part of our ongoing commitment to developing and strengthening our relationship with Product Manufacturers using the TCCC trademark, our Global Certification Department would like to introduce you to the Coca-Cola Product Manufacturer Code of Conduct. The Code is based on the belief that good community awareness is the cornerstone of our long-term business success and must be reflected in our behavior and partnerships in the markets we sell in, our production sites, and related environmental and social community activities. Given that our operations around the world are often affected by different laws, regulations, customs, and economic conditions, we believe that our shared values should serve as the TCCC Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct is the cornerstone of our partnership with product manufacturers. The Code of Conduct reiterates and emphasizes our requirements and importance of a "good working environment": the importance of a good working environment that must comply with relevant environmental protection laws and regulations and local labor laws. We look forward to working with you and all TCCC product manufacturers to ensure full understanding and compliance with the requirements of the Code of Conduct.
